包装印刷工艺的材料的性能介绍

(1)凸版印刷的环境性能。凸版印刷产品具有轮廓清晰、色彩鲜艳的特色,适合印刷以色块、线条、文字为装潢主体的包装印件。在包装印刷中,可用于印制小纸包装盒、包装袋、瓶贴、吊牌、标签等。凸版印刷过程中浇铸铅字和腐蚀铜、锌版等工艺,以及凸印油墨溶剂挥发都会带来环境污染。特别是凸印中使用的铅材料对人体存在严重的危害。据调查铅和苯是印刷厂的主要职业危害因素,目前我国包装印刷中还有许多乡镇及私营小型包装印刷企业仍在沿用铅印作业,应从环保角度出发,有计划地进行淘汰。

At present, there are still many small and small private packaging and printing enterprises in China's packaging and printing industry, which still use lead and printing operations, and should be eliminated from the environmental protection point of view.

(2)胶版印刷的环境性能。胶印工艺主要存在三方面的环境污染。一是胶印油墨溶剂中有机化合物(VOC)及多环芳香型溶剂(PCA)产生的有机化合物气体污染问题。胶印油墨中使用的溶剂主要是含芳香族的矿物油溶剂、异丙醇(IPA)等醇类溶剂,这些溶济在使用过程中大部分挥发到空气中给作业环境及生态环境带来危害。

First, organic compounds (VOC) and polycyclic aromatic solvents (PCA) produced in offset printing ink solvents pollute organic compounds. The main solvents used in offset printing ink are alcohols such as aromatic mineral oil solvent, isopropanol (IPA) and so on. Most of these solvents volatilize into the air and bring harm to the working environment and the ecological environment.

二是润版液、清洗剂废液排放造成污染。我们知道胶印离不开水(润版液),而目前高质量的胶印产品都使用醇类润版液(酒精润版液或异丙醇润版液),它是包括多种电解质、醇类溶剂及亲水胶体的稀溶液。特别是,目前含IPA的润版液(通常含有10%一15%的IPA,80%的水和5%的其它助剂)在印刷厂广泛使用,因为这种润版液比较容易控制水墨平衡。而在醇类溶剂中,以IPA的危害为严重,印刷中无论是少量或大量使用IPA对人体都是有害的,当人吸入或通过皮肤接触时危害健康。因此减少醇类挥发,减少甚至去除润版液中含有的10%一15%的IPA(或酒精)已成为印刷界的共识。一些发达国家已明确禁止或严格限制使用异丙醇,大多数欧洲国家,还有日本,异丙醇在工作场地的阀限值(TLV)为每400mL/m?,美国及其它一些欧洲国家的阀限值为200mL/m?,德国规定空气中异丙醇的极限允许阀限值为150mL/m?;另外,在胶印过程中还需要对墨辊、橡皮布等进行清洗,其清洗剂中也有大量溶剂挥发。三是胶印油墨中含有的重金属,以及印刷产品废弃物(再生纸)回收、燃烧(产生二嚼英)等也造成环境污染。

In most European countries, and in Japan, the valve limit (TLV) of Isopropanol at the working site is per 400mL/m, the valve limit of the United States and some other European countries is 200mL/m, and the limit of the limit of the permissible valve of isopropanol in the air is 150mL/m. In the process of offset printing, it is necessary to wash the ink roller and rubber cloth, and a large amount of solvent is also volatilized in the cleaning agent. The three is the heavy metal contained in offset printing ink, and the recycling of printed products (recycled paper), burning (producing two Jiao Ying) and so on, which also cause environmental pollution.

(3)凹版印刷的环境性能。目前,可以说凹印是包装印刷技术中环境性能差的一种工艺技术。这主要表现在油墨溶剂挥发造成的环境污染问题以凹印为突出。凹印油墨中使用了大量低沸点(高挥发性)的挥发性有机化合物作为溶剂(溶剂成分占了50%)。

(3) the environmental performance of intaglio printing. At present, gravure printing is the worst environmental technology in packaging printing technology. This is mainly manifested in the problem of environmental pollution caused by ink solvent evaporation. Gravure printing is most prominent. 由于凹印油墨的溶剂成分多,加之凹印墨层厚耗墨量大,从而导致凹印生产中产生大量有害废气,环境污染尤为突出。由此,印刷界的许多权威人士认为,除非采取切实可行的措施解决了凹印严重的污染问题,提高凹印的环境性能,否则凹版印刷将失去竞争力。凹印技术的绿色化问题是其在包装印刷业中是否获得更大发展的关键问题。

(4)丝网印刷。丝网印刷是适用范围广的一种印刷技术,具有墨层丰厚,灵活、方便的特点。它的印刷对象可以是纸张、纸板、木质品、塑料、纺织品、陶瓷制品、金属、毛皮等几乎所有的承印物,它不但可用于印刷平面的物体,而且可以印刷圆形、凸形、凹形及不规则形状物体,被人们称为“万能印刷”。

(4) silk screen printing. Screen printing is the most widely used printing technology. It has the characteristics of rich ink, flexible and convenient. 我国丝印油墨中,溶剂型油墨溶剂的比例占了60%,干燥时溶剂都要挥发到空气中,造成环境污染,影响动、植物的生长,操作者如果吸入或皮肤接触到这些气体会引发许多不适,如呼吸道感染、流泪、皮炎等,严重者会感染血液病甚至癌症。

丝网油墨中还常用一些如铜、汞等金属材料,其中汞对人体危害很大,汞浓度在0.006—0.01mg/L时就能使鱼类及其它水生物死亡,汞含量在I一2g时就可致人于死地。另外,使用含有毒性颜料印刷的陶瓷容器、玻璃制品、食品包装、儿童玩具等都会对人体造成一定的危害。
